Swastik College

Swastik College was established in 2013. It is located at Chardobato, Bhaktapur. This institution is run by experienced faculty with problem based learning approach. It runs the academic programs is an innovative environment with adequate extracurricular activities and exposure. It also provides professional trainings and internships at various IT and software companies such as F1Soft and e-sewa.

Program at Swastik College

It runs two program namely:
• BSc CSIT
• BCA

BSc CSIT

BSC CSIT is a four years eight semesters program of 126 credit hours. The courses of studies are Computer Science core courses, Computer Science elective courses, mathematics, internship and project work, natural Science, Social Science and Management courses, English courses. Students here can learn electives from first semester of the program.

BCA

BCA Program at Swastik College is affiliated to TU. It is a 4 years IT course run in semester system. It mainly focuses on software application development.

Eligibility Criteria

• For joining BSC Csit at Swastik College, students must have completed Plus 2 in Science stream or equivalent from any University, Board recognized by TU. They must also have above 35 percent marks in the entrance exam result of the exams conducted by Tribhuvan University.
• To be eligible to join BCA, students must have passed +2 or equivalent with minimum 2.0 cpga and should have secured D+ in every subjects. Then to get successfully admitted in Swastik College in BCA program, the students must pass BCA entrance exam conducted by TU.
