Pokhara is the metropolitan City and a major tourist destination in Nepal. It has its own University which is Pokhara University and there are good Management Colleges along with Social Sciences and Science and Technology Colleges in Pokhara.
The Bachelor of Computer Information System offered by Pokhara University is available through only one College called Pokhara College of Management which was established in 2002. This College can be easily accessed by road with public transits.
This program is designed for careers relating to Information systems and technology and the graduates are expected to work as system analysts, information analysts, database Managers, Network Administrators in IT and Management Company and Enterprises.
It also opens door for further education in Master of Computer Information System MCIS and research work.
